Rhythmic Connections (RC) is a 7 week group journey nurturing and empowering teens age 13-19 to grow with courage, creativity and connection through through mindfulness, music therapy, yoga and the creative arts.

𖦹 All teens between ages 13-19
𖦹 RC is safe for all neurotypes. Our facilitators are neuro-affirming and experienced with supporting teens with ASD, ADHD, OCD and Cerebral Palsy.WE INVITE ALL TEENS WHO WISH TO:
𖦹 Learn self-regulation skills and practical mindfulness practices to navigate stress, anxiety and life’s challenges.
𖦹 Cultivate friendships outside of school environment and be a part of community with like-minded and like-hearted peers.
𖦹 Navigate real life hardships like friendship fallouts, hard conversations, transitioning to new schools and new environments.
𖦹 Explore authentic creative expression through music, movement, and art.
𖦹 Practice social communication and relationship skills
𖦹 Develop awareness of body and mind (emotional landscape and thoughts).
𖦹 Learn overall importance of nurturing our emotional, mental and physical well-being

AGES 4-9
KIDS YOGA, ART & MINDFULNESS
TERM 1 :
Jan 17th- March 7th 2026
Rooted in joy, we weave in mindful movement, breath, arts & crafts, and storytelling.
For ages 4-9. -
Our kids yoga classes explore a central theme through a playful blend of safe yoga postures, games, breathing exercises, storytelling, music arts & crafts and mindfulness practices.
We focus on teaching children self-regulation skills, emotional intelligence, and overall health and well-being of mind and body.

𖦹 We welcome all children with all neurotypes and abilities. No prior experience is necessary. -
Children will be equipped with valuable life skills, tools and knowledge to nurture overall mental, emotional and physical well-being.
Skills such as communication skills, introspection & reflection, mindful movement and breathing, awareness of mind and body, empathy and creativity.
These are skills that will support every child’s journey as they blossom into teenhood and adulthood; navigating life’s journey and embracing uncertainty with resilience.

We begin with a complimentary introductory call to learn more about your child’s curiosities, challenges and what helps them feel safe. From there, we’ll design a tailored program that nurtures their growth, and overall wellbeing.
